.5 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
.5 oz. Crème de Violette
Shake and strain into a coupe glass



2 oz. Gin
.5 oz. Raspberry Syrup
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
Egg White
Dry shake, wet shake & double strain

.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Honey Syrup
(1 part honey, 1 part boiling water, mixed)
Shake and strain into a coupe glass
& garnish with lemon wheel

.5 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Crème de Cassis or Crème de Mure
Shake, strain into a glass with ice, top with drizzle of crème de cassis. Garnish with blackberry and lime wheel

.75 oz. Cointreau
Pour 1tbsp Absinthe into glass, swirl & discard. Shake ingredients & strain into Absinthe rinsed glass. Garnish with orange

Tonic Water
Pour Gin over ice, top with tonic & garnish with lemon or lime wheel

Shake, strain into a glass, top with bitters

20 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
30 oz. Grapefruit Juice
10 oz. Aperol
.5 oz. Grapefruit Bitters
8 oz. Cold Water
20 oz. Prosecco
Lemon wheels and berries
Combine in punch bowl & serve with a ladle into glasses with ice
